The Cattle Chapter is a combination of three areas of interest: dairy cattle medicine, beef cattle medicine and ruminant nutrition. Membership examinations are available for all three every second year; the next examination year is 2011.

While general membership information is available on the main College website, this page will soon contain links to specific information for candidates of the Cattle Chapter, such as study guides, forums and past exam papers. Bear with us as we get it up and running!

As a start, click here to see the Dairy Medicine Study Guide. This guide is just a way to help get through all the information you need to know in the 18 months or so leading up to the June examinations. The Cattle Chapter is working on how to perfect the study group format for candidates, but it is hoped that groups of interested vets will get together to share the study and their experiences.
